Reports

Open Reports at the top. Each report answers one question. Reports use your category types: sinking costs are spread over the months you saved for them, savings count as money kept, and holding categories are left out of spending. Most can be looked at with or without extra income.

Where your income went

How your income was spent (or planned, with Assigned), by group. Choose a group to see its categories.

Am I living within my means?

Regular income against spending, month by month, and what you kept.

The Am I living within my means? report

Use it to tell whether you're spending less than you earn without bonuses propping it up. A shortfall that only disappears with extra income is worth fixing in the plan.

Is my plan realistic?

For each spending category, what you assigned against what you actually spent, grouped into spent more, within 5%, and spent less.

Use it to adjust the plan: assign more to categories that are always over, and less to ones that are always under.

How are my sinking funds doing?

Each sinking fund's balance at the end of each month. A healthy one dips when its bill comes and builds back up; one that goes below zero ran short.

Use it to spot funds that need more each month.

What am I paying for every month?

Charges you're still paying regularly (subscriptions, bills, memberships), what each costs a month and a year, and when it's next due. They show up after about three months of history.

Use it to cancel what you don't use. For a yearly charge, it offers to make a sinking fund with a target in one click.

What is my card debt costing?

Credit card balances carried from month to month over the last year, and an estimate of the interest. Cards paid in full each month show nothing. The current month counts once it's over, because its statement may not be paid until partway through. See Credit cards.
